5,000 CRORE INVESTMENT MOU WITH GUJARAT GOVERNMENT

Opera Energy is proud to announce the signing of a landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Gujarat for an investment of ₹5,000 Crore in renewable energy infrastructure during the Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit 2024.

The signing ceremony was graced by senior dignitaries and representatives from the Government of Gujarat and the executive leadership of Opera Energy.

Under this strategic agreement, Opera Energy will develop large-scale hybrid wind-solar power parks, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and green hydrogen-ready generation facilities across strategic resource-rich districts including Kutch, Jamnagar, and Rajkot.

This mega investment is projected to generate thousands of direct and indirect employment opportunities, boost local industrial supply chains, and contribute significantly to Gujarat’s ambitious target of achieving 100 GW of renewable energy capacity by 2030.
